New brakes front/rear...

It's brake replacement morning!

New cylinders/new spring kit/new shoes

Rear shoes were actually metallic and in ok shape

TGIF

We got the core support back on the '64.
Added new shims (same thickness & same location as before)

Installed the new seatbelt.  I actually decided to stick w/the original seatbelt anchor bolts.  They just fit better.

Glovebox lightswitch wasn't working
New bulb, new wiring connection.

A Good Weekend!

It was a "tight" fit.

We literally moved it an inch at a time...

Late Sunday - motor is in, tranny linkage is all hooked up, AFB carb is on, heater hoses connected, alternator mounted, clutch rod on.  No fluids yet, but close...

Misc. details...

Got the radiator painted

I bought a 'temporary' intake manifold for my motor...to keep the mice out, while my F.I. unit if off being restored

The front ignition shields and fuel lines came today.
Tomorrow, that 300hp motor goes back in the car!
