The '63 is off to Texas for new paint

Got a cool Harry Mann Chevrolet window decal from Rick.  Very cool!

Finishing touches on the '64...

My '63 Fuelie headed off to Texas.  Paint time!

I know, I know.  The F.I. unit is being rebuilt right now.
We threw on a temporary intake manifold and Edelbrock carb.  It runs!

Some misc. Corvette work...



Had to drill out the rivets to remove the hub

Added new studs and removed the old bearings/seals

Old seal was 'shot'

Packed the new bearings...



And got it back together...

New brakes front/rear...

It's brake replacement morning! 
Front brakes - BEFORE 
Wheel cylinders were shot 
New cylinders/new spring kit/new shoes 
New drum

Rear shoes were actually metallic and in ok shape

TGIF

We got the core support back on the '64.
Added new shims (same thickness & same location as before)

Installed the new seatbelt.  I actually decided to stick w/the original seatbelt anchor bolts.  They just fit better.

Glovebox lightswitch wasn't working
New bulb, new wiring connection.

Hood support also has the "ATWOOD" stamp

Sandblasting...

These guys do pretty reasonable sandblasting for me
